Terrible Stay
The property is located on outskirts of the city, and the property is not at all maintained. we were given an extremely dirty room, bed bugs and insects. Even after cleaning it again there were still dirt and spots. so main issue is the maintenance and cleanliness. food was average, plus the staff is not cooperative. Even if you are 1 minute late they will not serve you food and will ask you to eat outside ( which itself is 20 minute drive). Manager is rude and does not talk respectfully. I would not recommended anyone to select this property. there are other options which are really better please avoid. We had a skin allergy due to the cleanliness issue, still hotel was not cooperative. we got a solution after 4 hrs of constant calling and requests. So please avoid this property at all costs. my family suffered yours should not.

Good Stay
Property’s location is very good but too far from the town. If you don’t have private vehicle, you are depended on Hotel’s staff to manage your drive. No resturant in hotel. They have kitchen but serve limited items in limited period only. Staff are not professionally trained. Rooms are big & clean.

Poorest. Manager who was in check-in time , too rude misbehave .. try n threaten when I clicked photo of dead cockroaches in my room. Dirty room. Pre booked with breakfast , did not provided breakfast for being 1 minutes late . Terrible ever.

If you are looking for the worst service , be it good to rooms you have come to the right place. It’s no where close to a 4 star property, we had an extremely horrific stay . Food took 40 min for in room dining . Breakfast served in room temperature its limited options. Thin bed covers, low staff & unclean rooms .

Poor Stay
We had a highly disappointing experience with the night staff at this hotel in Ujjain. Upon our early morning arrival, we politely requested an early check-in, fully understanding that it might be subject to availability. However, the front desk staff on the night shift was shockingly rude, abusive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, they yelled at us, made personal remarks about how we should “use our brains,” and arrogantly claimed their “status” in the city due to running banquets. It was appalling behavior—a far cry from the basic standards of hospitality. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the day staff was courteous and cooperative, and handled things more professionally. But the night team urgently needs training in customer service and basic decency. Hospitality begins with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during our first impression here.

Will never wish to visit this property again.
Bad hospitality, no hygiene provided by the property. They write several of things which they provide e.g: Toiletries/ Slippers and so on. But in reality they disappoint by not providing some of the things.

Hotel is good even cleanness and all are up to the mark however only issue with the service and the staff which looks they are more focusing on events like Marriage and other functions. so we are not getting priority.

All things were great but there was no in-house resturant and most important we booked 2 rooms and hotel staff give us 2 rooms on different floor. It's not right how family members stay different floor.I feel angry on that situation😡

Travel from hotel to Ujjain temple was difficult
The hotel is in outskirts , too far from Ujjain temple. Ola Uber doesn’t work. Auto charge min 200 per way to city. No housekeeping was done throughout the stay. The hotel is in very secluded and dark farm area, not recommended for solo traveler.

Great rooms but the location is quite far away and the resort doesn't have their own restaurant, which surprisingly was not a big issue for us but it can very easily pose problems for others so just keep that in mind <3

Hotel was not upto the mark, staff were very rude and misbehaving, rooms and washroom were not clean used sanitary pads were kept-in the dustbin which were not cleared before checking, breakfast was pathetic.
