Hotel Tirupati Palace

Cleanliness: bedsheet was changed every 3 days , towels and pillow covers were also changed after 3 days that too asking them like beggars, toiletries was given only once, no proper stand to keep toiletries No safe to keep valuable Breakast : very poor service , no breakfast before 8:45 , only alu paratha and tea ,

I had booked the room with breakfast but they could not provide the same on time. Property not professionally managed.

The rooms are not clean, the area was not good, while seeing the photos and compare it completely different.

Rooms are not clean. They did not clean the room till check-out. Bathroom is horrible. Location is not at all good. The bar & restaurant plays loud music which can be heard on 2nd floor till midnight. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Staff of hotel were good and they are co operated with costumer. Hiegine is maintained there. Specially i like tea of hotel.

The property was too good in terms of building and furniture but there was no service even if the rooms were not clean properly there was too much dust and spider. There were no toiletries provided in the hotels and they were not attending the call at reactions.

No breakfast available till 8. 40 am no tea available no service very casual hotal staff say our staff come at 8. 30 am than i will provide brekfast and tea.

Dont get up before 9am if you are staying here because it comes to life only after that time. Dont expect a cup of tea before that and hot water is also sent in a bucket. No hot water in the taps. I reached at 10. 30 pm and had to wait for 20 minutes for the receptionist for checking in.

Location is not good. No view. Hygiene is so pathetic. No cleaness of room. Tv not working, no checking for safety. Bed sheet is not clean. They provided used bed sheet. No towel provided. I am not satisfied to stay at hotel.

Overall stay was nice as the hotel is new, owner is friendly and polite. There was no one wearing mask or even social distancing waa followed anywhere. Hotel has underground parking. Hotel is located in very congested area with lota of shops and markets so before coming be assured of it. Surrounding area is not that great and has all the shops, some small factories and other manufacturing units, hence lot of traffic and chaos outside. For bigger car think before coming in here. Highway to hotel route is pathetic.
