भोपाल में होटल बुक किया था राजदूत न्यू राजदूत इतना घटिया बेकार होटल था सारा गीजर टूटा हुआ था एग्जॉस्ट फैन टूटा हुआ

The property is just average.But the services are really poor.No restaurant or swimming pool is there.Room service is bad,they serve only after various reminders.Lift was not working throughout my stay, even though I was alloted room at 3rd floor.When ordered milk for kids,it was served at room temperature, despite being told thag we need 2 cups of hot milk.No electric kettle kept in room.No wifi.Nothing like Resort.No play zone for kids.

Third calss property. Old property. Derty property. Property not clean. Room is not clean. Wash room is very bad and dearty. Ac not working. Gesyer not working. Washroom water is not available. Satff service very bad. Property response very bad in my cheak out time is same day 6:00 pm.

Service was not good as the rooms were not cleaned at the time of check-in

Very bad experience. No room available in booked hotel & shifted in other hotel. Washroom was in very worst condition.

Absolutely disguising place no clean room, ac wasn’t working property, soaps were not there, towels were dirty, salty water, bed sheets dirty.

Very poor management, at very high rate.

Staffs were unprofessional. There was lot of mosquito in room. Resort did not had either mosquito repellent or spray. It was not resort. Just place for merriage or big party.

The stay was painful, the property does not have facility for food and support of munching/snacks required, room services are very bad, linen were shabby, washrooms are pathetic. I wanted to camcel the property, but make my trips never support.

The staff at the hotel quite literally denied services that should have been a part of our stay. We were denied bedding, water, cleaning the bathroom and other basic amenities like soap. The staff was rude to the point that they basically yelled at us. They charged us extra 500 rs for an additional person staying which we agreed upon but never provided us a receipt for the same. Rooms were dirty and the blankets were stinking. The windows were not fitted properly with gaps in between the window frame and walls which led cold air in our room at night, which made our stay even more terrible. I would never revisit this hotel or recommend this to anyone else even in the worst case scenarios.

When we arrived at the property and seen the room it was very dirty and unhygienic and felt unsafe. When we were hesitate to stay there, their property manager came and told us to stay in their other property which was nearby as it was getting night and we were all females and with no other options left as it was getting dark we stayed their other property which was equally dirty and unsafe

There canteen was closed due to other functions

It's not an accommodation place. It's a marriage resort only. Pathetic experience that we had to check out in 2 hrs.
