MAA BAGLAMUKHI RESORT

I had booked the top end room. There was no water in the toilet. We were then shifted to a room with one lower down category. No adjustment for room rent. That was also ok. Toliet was not clean. We cleaned it. No bathing towels in the room. It was given after we asked for it. No tea coffee kit in the room. Everytime we ordered tea it took time and was expensive. No early morning breakfast. Breakfast started at ten am. Both my wife and I were not comfortable or happy.

location and food was awesome but room experience was bad. it was smelling and bathroom was stinking. after I complained they only sprayed air purifier and didnt clean bathroom. smell was so bad that we had to rush in morning to leave hotel asap.

Very unhygienic, dirty washroom, not cleaned, even the bucket was with dirty water from the previous guest, not cleaned. Complete no care from the hotel. they will refund one night stay, as I cut short due to these issues. No refund come in..:and as no response

No food , location good, facility nothing, nobody is there to ask ower problem,

Nicely place between bus stand and temple, the property is run by unkempt and highly unprofessional local boys. I’ll share one example. The Toilet was leaking, i.e. dirty water spreading over the floor constantly which also resulting in soiling of the room floor. When I requested to clean, they said “hamne ek baar saaf (check-in se pahle) kar ke de diya na, abb to aapko khud hi saaf karna padega”. I was taken aback. How can I clean the Toilet by myself? Finally, after a daylong persuasion, they assigned someone who attended and wiped the bathroom but refuged to wipe the room. Also, they didn’t even try to fix the problem.

Good Place to stay.. Inspite of being a small town.. Very Courteous Staff..The only improvement they could do is to put a Kettle and 2 Water Bottles plus two or three Coffee Powder Satchets..As people staying there and who get up early will not have the facilitiy..until 7 in the morning when the Restaurant is opened

Good stay. Location of the hotel is very nearer to the Temple and also good approachable from Market too. Overall had a good experience there.

Not worth the price no amenities nothing

I was not expecting the property to be this clean and bedsheets and other thing to be proper as its a small town but i was happy coz everything was as per the standard

Well received at odd hours.Room was clean bedsheets were neat and clean. Every thing that we required was presented in time at such odd hours. Later the next day the food was good the services were prompt. Over all a pleasant stay at such short notice,despite arrival and departure at odd hours.

Room is nee t and clean property location is good and very nearest of mama bangla mukhi mandir. Property staffs behav and services of good.

Taking into consideration the location it's a good hotel but yes average services. Rooms are good but you need to have better food quality and some basics were missing like a tissue paper and proper lights inside the washrooms areas i had to use the washroom keeping the doors open

Room service very poor wash basin pressure too much low no window in room cleaning are average entrance are loaded with lots of bike so u can't park your vehicle u have to go at lower ground lift not working so up down by staircase. 4. Good homestay required little upgradation

The maintenance of hotel is not upto the mark. Rooms don’t have windows and ventilation. Bathroom fittings are not working. Don’t even provide bottled water. Breakfast is available on payment basis only after 10 am. Not worth the tariff charged.
