There was some professionalism which was lacking in the hotel. I didn't expect much as it was a lodge however had to Call the room service people multiple times to switch on the AC and geysers as the turn it off immediately. As per the room fare the hotel was good as it was next to the temple.

On 18/05/16 I booked this hotel for my parents and uncle, all near 70 years old. We had a confirmed pre paid booking from MMT. But on reaching the hotel in the peak of summer, the reception person told that there is no room for MMT booking. However you can get a room on fresh cash payment. And get refund from MMT. At the end, thanks to the excellent customer care support of MMT, they sent their local executive to the hotel and we got a room after wasting a lot of time and energy in the summer heat. Overall service and cleanliness is pathetic. MMT should black-list this hotel.

It was a horrible stay. Room was suffocated and pretty small. Rats and mosquitoes were in a plenty. Moisture smell was disgusting. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not hygienic. Totally different from as shown in the picture. So we checked out from hotel at 12:00 at night and found another hotel room which was a far better at same price. I would never think again to book a room through makemytrip. Totally waste of money.
