Excellent stay. Rooms were near and tidy. Prompt service. Location was close and center for many IT office. Food was pretty decent and cost effective. Thank you for providing a great stay experience.

Location is ok , but parking is an issue, room quality is average

I stayed for a week and it was a good place to stay. Outside food is allowed and so you don't have to worry about everytime going out for food

location is fantastic. bang opposite to few major business campus...RMZ 1, RMZ2...short distance away from World Trade centre..omr road is walkable distance. food: cheap , veg only...but no variety or taste. room service is not worthy of business or executive traveller... family even worse... not even a sandwich in the menu. no minibar/fridge...however one can order food and other stuff thru Swiggy, blinkit, BB... during my 3 days of stay no one cleaned the room or even asked for it...linen appears to be torn or not cleaned hygienically. furnishing is ok for the price. people are polite... although may not appear professional.

We had a great experience with First INN hotel in Chennai Perungudi location. Rooms were neatly maintained. Great Room service with kind attitude and immediate response. Food Option is Veg at nominal rate with Geeras Veg Restaurent attached to the hotel. Quality of the food is good and delivery time is also quicker. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its hospitality and accessibiliy from the location stand point.

Stay was just OK, cleanliness is just ok, no house keeping. In room dining and other services were there and it was good. Complimentary internet provided was ok

Staffs are very friendly and responsiveness. They try to resolve queries as early as possible. Their room and restaurant service are also good

The stay was fine. The AC in my room wasn't working as intended and there were stains on the sheets and the bed bench.

Ambience of the room and cleanliness was a plus for the stay and also Location is closer main centres, approx minutes to shopping centres They can improve on providing essentials toiletries instead just giving ₹10 medimix soap and 2 sachet of shampoo.
