i have booked hotel at 6 pm on 24th, and reached hotel only at 1 am on 25th and the way in which they are treating the customer is so bad. i am with family and no towel in room, then i asked now only they are providing. i paid more than ₹400 extra for complementary breakfast. they are not aware about this and they are telling they will offer for two people that to 2 idly or 2 poori for one person that too only two people, how much one idly in chennai more than 100? . please refund the complementary breakfast amount. please ask to call the representative, i am with family. this is the place they purchased breakfast for us. the customer care executive is telling wait for 24 hour to 48 hours. then till that time, no need to take food
