The room is okay but they haven't provided bedsheets. Restrooms are not clean and it has a big hole inside it. The water tap and flush are in bad condition. The water heater is not functioning. The area around this stay is bad. Family people don't prefer this stay.

Room has poor ventilation. No sunlight around, will not feel like staying longer. Area is congested and averagely maintained.

I recently stayed at mtc guest house for 2 nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.

It was a good one and like the hotel because the hotel staff was very cooperative and the place was also beautiful

Ok for individual stay. Cleanliness, hotel location is good. Non vegetarian food was great near triplicane, enjoyed alot

We booked a room for 3 adults 2 female and a male which was my brother when we was check in receptionist told that no male and female were allowed in a same room but the hotels description says that couples were allowed when i told him about it he says you can complaint to the customer care or else cancel your booking. Atlast we ended up booking a separate room for him. If anyone going as a couple or siblings don’t book in this hotel, other than that ac is not working, no blankets provided only good thing about this hotel is room was neat.

1. The room was not clean first and also service was not there. 2. they provided very bad room 3. ⁠Staff behaviour was very friendly but that only thing can’t grade up the hotel value.

No blankets given for room how do a person stay in a hotel without blanket in winters?

Hotel location is good. One has to take ac room. There is ventilation problem in non ac room. Both hot water and clean linen has been provided. Lift is also available. Behavior is good. Good bengali food nearby also available and ttdc main office is also nearby.

Rooms were good not spacious enough but sufficient and clean. Management people are soft spoken and we'll behaved. So overall it was a pretty good stay. I would recommend it.

All things are very good like room , staff behaviour, communication etc. Good food is also available near to hotel.

Room was clean and good. Could have had ventilation in bathroom but that didnt affect much. Worth the price

the hotel rooms were fairly good than expected even it was non ac room. but the toilet was not that much nice the bucket and the mug was big problem. the hotel staff were cooperation enough to tell the things and in the making of necessary arrangements. however you have to ask them every time otherwise they won't care. as per my view the approch would be make necessary arrangements to the tourist so that they don't need to ask for anyting. anyway overall it was good experience for us. as we were loud enough to ask them for necessary things.. nope that's all i wanted to add thanks😊
