Room was terrible. washroom was also terrible

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, nothing met expectations. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with the staff appearing uninterested and unhelpful. The room I was given was dirty — the bed sheets looked used, the bathroom was unhygienic, and there was a foul smell throughout the room. The air conditioning barely worked, and the ceiling fan was noisy and unstable. Room service was either extremely delayed or completely ignored. When I called the front desk to complain, no one picked up, and when they finally did, they were rude and dismissive. The food served at the hotel restaurant was of poor quality, served cold, and definitely not worth the price. There was no hot water most of the time, and the bathroom amenities were either missing or in terrible condition. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was shocking — stained carpets, dusty furniture, and overflowing trash bins in common areas. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and the television had very few working channels. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. They were indifferent, inattentive, and at times downright rude. It felt like they had no interest in ensuring guests had a pleasant stay. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a waste of money, time, and energy. I’ve stayed at budget hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Room was clean, but no proper exhaust in the property & also dining hall & in house kitchen has been stopped

We didn’t have nice experience i booked for my friends family the lift is not working and rooms are not clean and we asked for change in room but none provided overall i will not recommend for a family

There are no water for drinking & light also cut no arrangement of generator

The stay in platinum arrow hub was terrible, we booked suit rooms but they don't even have suit room they changed our room 1st then around 1pm at night there was no current we asked at the lobby they didn't give proper response after 3 hours we fighter there to change our rooms at 3. 30pm they again changed our rooms it was filthy bathroom was a nightmare it looks like a public toilet.

I have offered 3 to 4 rooms in sin-gal pay. Each room heaved it's own problems but hotel management has no problems. We were surprised and we enjoyed our time in our own hyundai creta with a/c. So i love sooo much platinum are o hub how not to manage hotel or hospitality service.

Worst Experience ever, poor maintenance of room. dirty bedsheet and pillow covers. Rooms were getting smell even after spray. small size rooms. washrooms were very dirty. No reception people to support.

It was a terrible experience, the bed was not clean, the washroom was unclean. The power cut at night caused the ac to stop only in our room making it impossible to sleep. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone going forward. Pathetic experience.
