    Dear Make My Trip Team, I had booked a hotel for my cousin and his family through your platform. Please find the booking details below for your reference. Booked on 13 Jul 2025 Name of the Hotel : Fabhotel Singh Suite Address : 29, Nathupur Rd, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurgaon- 122002 They checked in the evening but were extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The rooms and toilets were very unclean, and the bed sheets and towels were in poor condition. There was also a strong cigarette smell throughout the room, making it absolutely unsuitable for a family stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of very poor quality, adding to their discomfort. Though the booking was made for 2 nights, they had no choice but to vacate the hotel the very next morning and move to another accommodation. Kindly check with the hotel and arrange to refund the remaining one night stay amount. We request you to initiate a refund for the unused night at the earliest.     First of all, it was very difficult to find the location as there was no signboard or any visible indication of the hotel from the road. When I finally checked in, the room they provided was not the same as shown in the app, which was quite misleading. Additionally, they did not provide a sealed water bottle, a dental kit, or a grooming kit — all of which are usually standard in most hotels. The room itself was very average and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their services and provide what they promise.

    It was an amazing stay with hotel singh suites, a property situated on the main road, good housekeeping, supportive staff, good breakfast, wi-fi and tv was working properly, bed and bath linen was cleaned, room was comfortable, near metro station, front of the hotel many food outlets, visit again, recommended to all.
