Overall arrangements are really good like hotel room, food available at hotel restaurant and location wise. We are satisfied with service and staff. Morning breakfast was also really awesome. Punjabi fix dinner and sabji was really tasty and yummy. I suggest to stay over there in case of any exhibition into Mahatma Mandir or Helipad Ground.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious, nicely clean & maintained . Slightly bigger washroom would be a big plus. Food at their restaurant is delicious, perfect blend of spice n taste at reasonable price. Hotel and restaurant staff is polite, courteous and quite helpful. Our family stay over 4 days was pleasant at this property and would highly recommend to fellow travelers. Keep up the great work guys! Terrible Stay
Not a single point which can be described in positive way.. no educated staff ...no hospitality knowledge..no positive service.. suddenly fire alarm rung and no one has knowledge how to handle this..worst hotel experience..

Service Quality needs to be improved
Intercom not working. Need to go to reception for getting water every time. Follow up required for cleaning the room. Bedsheet was changed only after requesting the front desk.

Had a really good experience. Stayed here for 3 days. My first preference was cleanliness and will give 10/10 for it. Peaceful place... Stayed there for 3 days... And was really comfortable. Cleanliness 10/10. Right choice.

Poor Stay
Rooms are ok types. Not great but ok at the budget. Restaurant is also ok. Service at restaurants is average nothing great. But what is appalling is that while in Make my trip the hotel has committed late check out a sa complimentary service the hotel in site refused to allow me this facility. This is very frustrating and I feel cheated.

The cleanliness, food and service all were very good at the hotel. All of these were at a reasonable price too. As a solo female traveller, i like that the place gives a safe environment as well.

Nice experience as a solo traveler
Near to the railway station available in the restaurant ( ground floor) facilities are appreciated safe zone for girls to stay behaviour of staff is also good, they are cooperative

Location of the hotel was very convenient for me as it was easily accessible from my work place amenities & services at the hotel were up to the mark. I had not taken food at the hotel so will not comment on it. But overall highly recommended place for stay.
