Terrible Stay

Worst expereince of hotel booking
The stay was very pathetic, staff did misbehave when we asked for the room key and they denied to provide us and making lame excuses. Not ready to take custody of my room during our absense. The bed sheet not available even the washroom do not have light and staff totally denied to change the room. The room is bery dirty and the we shared on review along with room images. The staff used bad language when we complaint him for all these staff. We checkin with my family total 6 person and we never feel and pass on this experience before while booking. Please take serious action and copy to us so that we feel positive and comfortable to do further booking.

Poor Stay
The service was very bad even basic requirements like shower, bucket, towels are not there

Denial of stay
When i reached at the hotel, the property denied my stay and told that they don't take bookings from make my trip. I had to take another hotel. This was terrible experience for me. I request to mm t to look into this and refund my money.
