everything was good, from service to room all was up to the mark but only thing didn't got 2 hours extension which was mentioned while booking but no issues

i was searching for a budget stay at goregaon Mumbai West for a day as I had come for some work. I looked at the photos on MMT and it was good by what I saw. once I checked in the rooms were very small also the flush was not working and there were urine stains everywhere. I called the hotel staff and they upgraded me to a suite with was also pathetic. 1. There was leakage and the paid was peeling off. 2. Mosquitos 3. The view was slums garbage gurtter and condoms. by the looks of this , it was a whore house. Also when I complained to the front office staff, the front office staff questioned the housekeeping and the house keeping staff was firing the hell out of the front office staff in front of me. My wife was scared for her life. it's a shame on MMT for partnering with this hotel. I don't mind a small room but a clean and hygienic room means everything to me. horrible , horrible and horrible also last thing, there was blood stains on the bedsheet. worst experience ever.

Rooms were not up to the mark. there were hairs at the walls and very suffocating and smelly. The breakfast area and food were also very poor.

Property location is good. Facilities are average as morning breakfast is not upto the mark. It’s new built property hence look good.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean, with all the needed facilities. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They provided good food, and even helped with morning breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

I genuinely don’t feel worth for 3k. unexpected experience !! Room was very small, full of mosquitos, food is complimentary but not at all good, AC not working, toileteries like soap, comb, handwash, body soap were not provided at all. For couples not a hygiene & safe property !! I will rate 2 out of 5 to attendants/workers for polite & humble gesture.

located in d crowded Goregaon link road & walkable distance fm d MRT station, a happening place. crowded with localities, lot of local street vendors selling local delicacies, fruits & veggies. all kinds of shops & services r available including low cost restaurants, tea & bunk shops, bars, hospitals, pharmacy, spa, temples, mosque etc. heavily crowded market area. Good for people with an interest to move with Mumbai crowd & learn their culture. Hotel rooms r reasonable in size, air conditioned, neatly maintained, clean linen etc. courteous staff & all d short falls / requirements r attended directly by d owner with personal attention. B/fast - 2 dosa, chutney, sambar, bun butter toast, fresh cut water melon Pcs., tasted good & was filling. Hassle free stay Recommended for guests who love to move with d local crowd
