I’m writing to share my experience regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, I found the room in an unclean and unacceptable condition — the washroom was dirty, the walls were dented, and the bedsheets, mattress, blanket, and pillows were all stained and unhygienic. The room was also full of mosquitoes, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in.
Adding to this, the staff at the reception — two males — were very rude and uncooperative. Despite having a confirmed booking for three days, they refused to honor it and asked me to “speak to MakeMyTrip” instead. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
Moreover, the listing mentioned that the property had a lift, but there was none available on-site, which caused further inconvenience.
Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, and the experience did not meet even basic hospitality standards. I request that you kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.
