nothing is true as what mentioned, totally a nightmare stay at this 3rd grade hotel and we left one day of prior owing to unhygienic, rotten atmosphere. No breakfast though stated and we can't even fetch atleast Tea nearby. I strongly insist to consider delisting this property or completely erase what ever stated in site so as a genuine guest will not be fooled.

Absolutely not worth it, Rooms are tiny and shabby , There is no lift and you will have to climb the stairs. Booking included breakfast but the hotel has no restaurant or food service not even a complimentary water bottle..not even worth 500.. Would not recommended.

Nice and quiet place. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to restaurants and shops. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was simple but good. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable stay. Would stay again for a short visit or business trip.

i had a wonderful stay here. A decent hotel with a clean room and basic amenities. perfect pocket friendly hotel. I will surely re-visit here.

I never stayed at Fabhotel Lexus.5 . This is the real reason. I ended up staying at Hotel Lexus.5 . Since I could not contact Fabhotel by phone , I had to rely on WhatsApp message. It seems that both these above mentioned hotels are owned by the same group. The owner put me in Lexus.5 hotel instead of Fabhotel for the same booking. Hotel Lexus.5 is extremely bad , hence my recent stay experience was terrible. MMMT must make sure that the customers should be able to contact the hotel/ property directly and not only IVR mode. Then these kind of confusion wd be avoided.
