Terrible Stay
No kettle , no iron in the room either in the hotel, hot water was not coming in the bathroom, hand faucet was not working, leakage in the bathroom. We booked room with breakfast but the breakfast they provide us was so terrible, they gave puri and chutney and no tea was provided during breakfast for both the days. We experienced terrible stay.

Terrible Stay
They did not return my aadhar card after doing entry , they dont have kettle as mentioned in their property. The owner is rude. Please dont stay there.

Terrible Stay
Rooms are not at all good. Below are the list of issues which we were facing. 1) Cockroaches roaming around the room. 2) No water for 1 complete day. We faced going to washroom. We literally used drinking water for washing. 3) Wifi is not working. 4) Drinking water (Mineral Water) is not given everyday. Only 2 half liter water bottles are given while checking in. When I asked for my child they said that he is not registered. 5) We are 3 members who checked in to the fabhotel I residency and hotel management are telling we cannot provide drinking water and breakfast to my child as he is not registered with them although registered. 6) Washroom neatness is not at all there and flush gun is not working. 7) No Housekeeping at all for all the 5 to 6 days. 8) Fan was not working properly. 9) Kettle was not provided for complete 5 to 6 days 10) Towels was provided only for first day while checking in and after hotel management changed the room they didn't provided Towels. I would request you to call me back and give me back the amount which I paid as the room is not at all worth for per day.

Average Stay
The room was not updated to the mark, the blanket cover was torn, it had some stains too and the AC remote was not working. The water bottle was only given during the check in and the breakfast was a parcel from outside without tea and coffee in the morning, later I was charged for the same.

Value for money hotel! Budget mein itni achhi facilities expect nahi ki thi. Staff courteous tha. Room basic tha but very clean and neat.

Excellent Stay
The hotel was excellent. Clean , rooms were big enough . Hotel manager and staff extremely helpful and very well behaved . I stayed there with three girlfriends and felt very safe. The neighbourhood was also good. If you are looking to stay in Bengaluru in a budget , I would highly recommend this hotel. There is also an auto stand 2 mins walking distance from the hotel so it's very easy to get transport . I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Bad experience. Poor room.
Only the staff of the hotel was good, helped in early check in. Locality is really good. Room was in really poor condition. No toiletries were provided. We were 2 people, only one towel was provided that too when asked. Everything was of bad quality. Construction was going on near the hotel so it was extremly noisy. Overall, not a good stay experience.

The stay was not worth the price. No facilities were provided. No wifi, no towels nothing. Rooms were good but very small. Hygiene was average.

Moderate Hotel for the price
The stay was okayish. The rooms were moderate for the price paid. No toiletries were provided. The bedsheet was stained. Food delivery is not allowed to the room.

Good Stay
