Did not get drinking water. Toilet paper not available. Blanket very dirty. Wet towel. Telephone not available in room

Hotel staff behaviour and services are not good. Not right place to stay with family.

There is no way to park car we parked two cars our own risk 20 kms away from hotel. Bcz hotel staff said they hae no parking. Rooms bedsheets are dirty. Even our rooms are in different floors

Worst stay ever. This is the worst service ever. No road was their for hotel. Completely uncleaned hotel, no toiletries. It was the nightmare

Hotel is charging extra for id's because i give them a soft copy they are saying their printer is not working so they have take printout from outside. And they charging extra for water bottle. And the towel was not clean but room was good. Ok

The entire room was dirty. Everything was covered in dust, and the room was smelling really bad. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed/replaced before our check-in. There were many hair on the bed and pillows. Front desk service was really bad, they only say they will get you things or help with something, but they never do. For something as simple as towels or hot water to drink, we had to ask 3 to 4 times. They could not provide for 4 towels for 4 people, they gave only 2 to us. I had to ask multiple times to get 2 more. It looks like they did a favor on us. The food served via room service was spicy and oily. It was served without plates and spoons. Is it something one has to ask? after requesting they provided, but the plates were dirty. I have not stayed at such a bad hotel in my life. Would stay away from this property and any other places in daria area, chandigarh. Definitely not recommended for families and married couples at all. No

Good cooperative staff room were cleaned

Refused to accommodate, mentally tortured while traveling in unknown city. Why trust makemytrip. Will you seriously give weightage to your customers, then don't do this to your customers. Thanks

Service was comparatively slow. Ambience good.

Pathetic room service, unprofessional staff, poor order management, poor facilities and overall a very bad choice for staying.
