Terrible Stay

The room was very untidy no soap no proper ac no tv towels whir only 1 the guy who was at the reception only said will give u soap and still he dint give a soap

Be careful l, they denied my check in and told no rooms are available. When customer care contacted they tell them no there is electricity in the hotel so there are not checking in the guests. The staff tells my before booking you should have call-led us & asked, if i should have called the hotel what is mm t for then. Very rude staff, he tells me pay extra i will try to arrange & do something. Mm t is associated with such hotels is a shame for the company. Horrible experience & would not consider mm t for any further bookings.
