The place was neat and tidy. The private room and attached bathroom were clean. Basic facilities like hot water, clean bedding, Wi-Fi etc were available. The owner was honest, polite and respectful. No hassle about the online booking and the payment. The attendant was hardworking and always available. Nice scenery in front of the hotel. The space is open in the front of the hotel as no other building is blocking the front. We can view far away mountains clearly. It looks even more beautiful during the night. Another benefit is the location of the hotel. It is very near to the old bus stand and the railway station. The lift to the mall road is also at a stone's throw. The public busses also pass from the front of the hotel to important places worth visit. The hotel also offers bikes and scooter on rent at reasonable rates. We can explore most of the important places around the hotel ourselves on these rented vehicles. Otherwise taxi is also available nearby which can be booked for the whole day.

Poor experience- different hotel and small room provided with different booking. Hotel owner arvind banga cheated with me. With the small kid and family and luggage i was struck in hill station so i spent my time anyhow in that place.

the room was not a view Water problem is there very much, morning 7 to 8 am running water came in bathroom otherwise whole day no water or they don’t provide also water after request as they told it is a whole city problem, tank r empty bla bla but this is not true as from my view. In night on rough and outside verious type of noice came from outside and the entrance of room is by a rot iron stair and fully open on road so no security is there in night. very bad experience.

I had really a bad experience at exotic green apartments, first of all its really very difficult to locate the property as this was situated at very narrow streets. Secondly rooms at this property were very small similar to a matchbox size with no windows or any ventilation for fresh air. Thirdly washrooms in the room were not properly maintained and there were some leakages in the toilet, it was very hard to even properly stand in the washroom due to its size. The only good thing about this property is its located near to mall road.

The room was very bad. What they showed in photos rooms were not like that, there was no a single window in room no ventilation in room. In shimla i was feeling hot in room and suffocating.

Hotel is not upto the mark

Every thing was messed up including scratches with the bed sheet. Bad auramatic smell room size too small and most important hotel location was different from what is located on google map. Not recommended.

Room and toilet were stinking badly. Room and toilet are too small. Commode flush tank was leaking heavily. There was no water in the tap till 7. 15 morning. Most terrifying is the approach. You need to climb 60-70 steep steps.

Unresponsive staff. Bad cleaning price high food quality is very poor and i also not test

Rooms were a disaster, no hygienic, no power backup, no proper bedsheet they have given the used bedsheet. We have taken home to cook ourselves but they were saying that the kitchen is not for cooking. No car parking available. The surroundings look like a slum. Even i want to give a 0 rating that much worse stay. Never recommended it to anyone.

Room size small, bathroom is very conjusted. Room service was good.
