The Location of the property is great, with easy access to Vagator and Anjuna beaches. Cleanliness of the rooms is decent, but some guests complained about insects and dirty walls. The Food & Dining at the in-house restaurant is good, but the service can be slow and staff can be rude. Amenities like the swimming pool and spacious rooms with a huge balcony are great. The Staff is helpful and responsive, but some guests had negative experiences with rude and impolite behavior. Overall, a decent property for families and groups.

The property is located in a great location close to Anjuna and Vagator beach with scooter rental available on the property itself. It is also in a peaceful locality not too close or not too far from the most happening places in Goa. The location of the hotel is very convenient to travel anywhere in north Goa especially Vagator. The property is near to Anjuna and Vagator beach and has a hospital, petrol bunk and ATM nearby. It is also well located and convenient stay. The property is nice to be in Goa with great accommodation. Spacious. The location is very good and we loved it.
Cleanliness
The rooms were clean and spacious. The place was nice, just like in the picture, huge terrace. The property was outstanding and maintained clean. The maintenance of the interiors can be improved. The swimming pool was also good but need some improvement in cleanliness. The places is very good for 6 people to stay. The property is too big and maintained clean. The cleanliness is to the point. The staff was very rude and unresponsive and the place was very dirty and full of insects.
Food & Dining
The restaurant service could have been much better but the spacious rooms and other amenities were good. The in-house kitchen served decent food. The restaurant had decent options and the food was tasty. The mess in the complex served above average food at a reasonable price. The food service was fast and responsive. The staff in the restaurant cum kitchen were very rude.

The property is well maintained and nicely built. The rooms are of decent size and the best part is the huge balcony. The property is very spacious for a group stay. The swimming pool access was very easy and the view is awesome. The property has all the basic amenities in place. The property has a gated society with bungalow feeling. The property is a one in a million kind! Worth the cost and superb amenities. The property is outstanding with everything is near by.

The staff was prompt and well spoken. The staff was well behaved. The staff was very rude and impolite. The staff was very rude also there was no proper answer from the staff. The staff was very rude and unresponsive. The staff is amazing, very cooperative and understanding. The employees were very helpful. The restaurant staff serves without a smile and sees every order like a burden to them. The reception never picks up the call in the morning before 10 am.
