Dirty room rude behavior of staff and the doesn't have manner

The rooms are very clean. The staffs are very good behaved & dedicated to provide excellent service. It seems to be very safe hotel for families.

Room is neat and clean as well as staffs are very politely behave to others. Location is very well place and nearest to south city mall

the room is so luxurious. staffs behavior was very friendly . 24×7 electricity and water available. the location of hotel in a good position tollygaung metro is near. south city mall 5 min walking distance. overall very good clean and value for money.

I could have given 5/5 if they offered ac as i booked an ac room. This is totally unacceptable! moreover, the hotel should have provided packaged water instead of filtered water. I don't have trust in the filter and the used bottle too. I checked in around 1am at night. Then i went to buy water bottle from a shop. The above are some cons pros : the caretaker was awake till 1 am to open gate, his behaviour was good, location was good, all the amenities were available.

They have no parmanent parking for boarder. Boarder have to compromise for parking with parmanent residences of that apartment.
