The hotel is pathetic, there is no reception. They operate out of a bedroom. The hotel room was not ready when we reached, they started cleaning the room and then gave us a key. There was no hand wash, soap or shampoo, towels, electric kettle, utensils or even spoon, glasses or plates in the kitchen. It might as well have been a barren room. There was no stove, no glasses or water jugs in the kitchen. The bathroom was outside the room, it was completely dirty and waterlogged. This is not what a family arriving for vacation after paying a hefty expects! there were no doormats, the balcony was completely dirty and we could not stand or sit there, and the bathroom was located on the balcony!
what kind of hotel designs it! we had to wait to check in as cleaning staff was not available and took time. There was no tea or coffee machine in the room nor was there any welcome kit, might as well have checked into a motel, in which the services are better than this hotel. There were no hangers for any clothes, no mirrors in the rooms! the kitchen of the hotel was completely open and dirty in which hotel staff were making food for residents. They were rolling rotis on a table! what kind of hotel was it! completely unhygienic and unhealthy! there was no drinking water facility, no ro available at the facility. The hotel staff would not come and check for any updates, you have to search for hotel staff to even get towels changed in the room! the cleaning people would not come and clean the room, you have to again search for them and get it cleaned while standing daily! and no one was available before 8 a. M. To open the main gate of the facility or help with any other needs! showed 24/7 reception! there was no parking facility, the car was parked right on the road. The entire front area was loaded with construction materials and asbestos which was completely unsafe and unhygienic! we could hear construction work and drilling going on everyday and it was very annoying! after spending we get this kind of service! there was no generator facility and we had to spend a night without light and in utter warmth and hot. The wifi never worked the hotel was under construction
