Really a great experience to stay here, owner is very helpful and joyful. He upgraded from ground floor to a better balcony room at same rate, good hospitality and care.

we booked a balcony room.. it was clean and highly recommended.. view was good.

we booked a budget room, The uncle gave us an updated standard room at the same price which we are booked by MMT , The clean toilet . And it's very good and lovely, hospitality ,good care and good balcony and nice roof top and roof garden owner uncle burnad and salie anty. brilliant behaviour and highly recommend to all visit the place for sure.

We were given a very small congested room which i didn't expect.No hot water facilities(which they have mentioned).Even though property owner is a good person and a low budget stay..I won't feel much comfort here.

A Perfect Stay in Fort Kochi! Our stay in Fort Kochi was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that it felt like home. The hosts were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with recommendations or just a friendly chat. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to all the major attractions, cafes, and the beautiful streets of Fort Kochi.

Nice and clean property, full of greenery. Awesome hospitality. Uncle barnyard is a humble person who owns property. Experience is awesome, one thing that needs to be upgraded is the blanket in the room. Thin single bed blanket not suitable for a couple. I love the property will come again.

I booked dream-catcher ground floor owner uncle bernard upgrade to same cost standard double bed room. Very clean room & toilet, while sleeping time no disturbance come & quite, the entire dream catcher residency orchid plants and good garden view. The roof top nice, charming, & talking area and here everybody joining gate together very nicely. Owner bernard providing very good hospitality and care. Also he arranged nice ayurveda bodymessag to relaxing and good ayurvedic hospital. Really appreciate all the service.

The place is good ! hospitality is good, do visit when u reach kochi. U can hire scooters there !
