we family ejoyed the stay in this apartment. property is neat and clean. every day the boys do room cleaning. if required bed sheet changing. ther is equpied kitchen we can cook if we wish. break fast is average. location is convenient to airport users. Area is not posh. only the rate for the day is little higher compare to other similar rooms The sevice boy Hasmugh is very good.

Apartment and caretaker was ok but room checkin time is 11 am but they gave room to us at 11:30pm also they one room 24 hours cost extra for early check in

Amazing service. Great location. Clean and spacious apartment with all practical amenities available. The place is highly recommended and i personally will book again when i will travel to mumbai. Also the complementary breakfast was very tasty.

The apartment was excellent in terms of cleanliness, space and amenities. It was also located right next to the main road and very easy to locate. The regular service by saheb was excellent, we did not face any problem during the stay. Saheb regularly cleaned the place, changed towels and also made sure we got our preferred breakfast everyday. The management staff is also quick at providing resolutions to any problem. Overall, it was a very good experience and worth the money paid.

This hotel apartment was one of our best choices in mumbai stay for two days. No comments or complaints. Room boy javed was very good. Location and breakfast all were exemplary.

Home stay with dragons was good as it gives awesome experience. When we entered reception of hotel is used and a attendent is accompanied by for a flat which was neat clean and all organized. The stay was very comfortable. Grocery is near by. Point for important : the flat need to be equipped with video camera calling at main door and a safety door which was missing and provide little safety concerns.

There was little confusion with the location initially. However the helper in the building was very kind and humble in providing all the necessary details. Though building looks old, flat is neartly maintained as stated in make my trip. Flat was very close to provision store, metro and transport was available 24*7 as we get down from the lift overall it was a very good experience. Can improvise little bit on breakfast part

They will ask for full payment and don’t give service as per the expectation, hotel staff also not able to provide service, they keep ensuring follow up without resolution. At last they will issue voucher for future booking so that we should come back. These people doesn’t understand customer pain. Ac doesn’t work and no staff for support during your stay you have manage everything

It was really a nice experience with our stay at dragonfly apartment. We feel like our home. Caretaker of our apartment is very helpful and caring. Apartment facilities are very good just like they show on site. I recommend for all family travellers to try at least once. Good luck to dragonfly.
