rude owner not even worth a single penny

Very poor room condition asking me that you room was booked as semi delax so you will not get room with attached washrooms denied for food denied for tea

Bad breakfast, they thown out a single aged lady my mom to reception at 11 sharp didn't even had curtsy to give her extra 15 min i was cmng to pick her up, she was senior citizen alone

It's good on the price. Have homely atmosphere, the food quality is good. Behavior of the staffs are good too

It was my worst experience ever. It was a 3 bhk small apartment, where guests were given one room to stay with the caretaker also sleeping in the living room and shared bathroom. Over that the behaviour of the caretaker was rude. All in all, i wouldn't recommend this place for females at all.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay enjoyable with their friendly and accommodating attitude. However, the caretaker seemed a bit strange and sometimes not very polite when i talked to them. I hope the hotel can make sure all their staff are consistently friendly and welcoming to guests in the future.

Staff is humble. And nice. Service is all perfect. Location is also on heart of malad. Area is clean.

The rooms were okay. Linen was not clean. Cockroaches were seen on beds and for female travellers there should be attached bathrooms. It is a discomfort to use the washrooms in the hallway. Caretaker was not very cooperative. . I had stayed earlier with dev shelters at evershine nagar malad. The current stay was average. The linen was not clean. Found cockroaches on beds. The caretaker was not cooperative

Staff behaviour is good and clean washroom and room everything is good. Feel like a home.

I can't rate the stay as i couldn't make it to the hotel due to a change in plans. But i can share my experience with the cancelation/modification process for people who would need cancelation for some reason. So, beyond a certain date. It is not possible to get a penny back from the hotel. Even if your stay is longer, you won't get the refunds for other days. The owner doesn't care about customers and will not cooperate in any form. Do keep this in mind. 2) modification charges on mm t are rs 4800(might change for you. Which is just an extortion of money. They will say that the hotel is not allowing, but then on the app, it is still possible to change the dates by paying this much. Which is just pure hypocrisy. So, all in all. I can't tell you how the stay would be. But keep this in mind if there is a slight possibility of change in plans.

It’s a 3bhk apartment in a new residential building. You get a nice clean airy room. The linen was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. A caretaker is there to make you tea and breakfast (and am guessing other meals too. For 2. 5 k you get shady 2-3 star hotels that are very dingy and dirty. So this is a great option

The stay at dev shelters was pleasant, nice and clean rooms, the caretaker was helpful. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast which was not sufficient in terms of quantity

I have booked this hotel for 2 days stay at this stay, they didn't give us the same location and informed us that rooms not available so we have been transferred to some unknown place, it's seems like horror place, we immediately complaint to mm t for the same. But we haven't get any resolution, and they closed the complaint.

The apartment is poorly maintained with leakages all around. The host ‘shubham’ is non accommodating. While he wants to strictly adhere to the rules, he does not want to acknowledge that he is miss- selling by putting up pictures of the apartment which is inconsistent with the actual state of the apartment. The bathrooms are in bad shape. Overall terrible experience for us

Stay location is good, nice balcony view and society but the food was very bad in quality and quantity. The room service was also not good.
