I had one of the worst experiences during my stay at this property. There was a complete power blackout every 30–60 minutes. After the third outage, I contacted the hotel staff, but instead of acknowledging the issue, they initially denied that any power cut had occurred and suggested there might be a problem with my room. Ironically, while I was speaking to them at the reception, the power went out again, proving my point.
When I questioned why this was happening so frequently, a senior front desk staff member casually stated that it was “normal.” I immediately requested to check out, as I couldn’t stay in a property where power cuts occurred so often. They then connected me to the property manager, who shockingly said, “I have worked with many five-star hotels like Marriott and Radisson, and even in those properties in Faridabad, frequent power cuts are common. Please cooperate.”
After the fifth power cut in less than three hours, I firmly asked to check out. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the staff insisted on inspecting my room before initiating checkout. I understood that this was standard procedure, but I had barely stayed for three hours and requested a refund, compensation, or at least a complimentary stay due to the terrible experience.
To my surprise, after the inspection, they falsely claimed that I had “ruined” their bedsheet and demanded payment for damages — an obvious attempt to shift blame and extract money after I requested compensation.
Ultimately, I checked out within just three hours of arrival, deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior, poor service, lack of accountability, and the overall unethical practices. I strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking this property if they value basic comfort, honesty, and reliable service.
