    staff was not pleasant ,rather rude n inspite of us telling them it's an all inclusive package they tried to charge us extra for older child's food n also for extra mattress ,I won't be going there again for sure ,buffet spread was less but taste was good ,will give good rating for just food

    I had a terrible experience at Vibe by The LaLiT Traveller. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The overall vibe of the place was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. What shocked me the most was the housekeeping staff – they were untidy and had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like staying even for a short while and decided to check out immediately after checking in. Definitely not recommended for anyone expecting basic hygiene and hospitality standards.

    Staff at the booking counter was extremely rude...made us wait 40 minutes even with prior booking....the waiting area had no fan...wen asked on working on ac they asked us to sit in the restaurant area...no soap or hand wash in washroom.....really not upto the standards of lalit.

    The food was so delicious, and the staff of the restaurants are so helpful. The housekeeping staff is so cooperative. The only suggestion is to use tae bags of good quality because they use open bags , not safe and hygiene issues

    My recent experience at this hotel was quite underwhelming. The food lacked flavor, variety, and freshness – not at all what one expects from a reputed hotel. The room was in poor condition with stained linens, a leaking bathroom, and inadequate housekeeping. What made things worse was the indifferent and sometimes rude behavior of the staff. There was a clear lack of courtesy and hospitality. Would not recommend this place until they make some serious improvements.

    The AC was not working for 2 out of 4 days and the staff was clueless about it. They were not willing to change rooms or suggest how much time it would take to rectify. Room was not kept clean. Bathroom faucet was broken and dripping. Food was expensive and not great tasting. Overall a terrible experience for the price charged.
