I am not happy with your service because hotel owner want to say makemytrip booking not allow and that time i have pay again in same hotel because that was time i have no time for complaint. I am facing this type of problem in second time

Hotel is very bad even there owner also very bad. She don't have sense to talk with customer. Not good hotel for couples. Solo or business person. No any facilities provided by hotel even we have book 2x deluxe room with breakfast but they given us very low rate room. Very bad room even wash rooms also not clean.

Didn't get frequent response from hotel representative regarding any query. Dirty pillow cover and bed sheet. Uncomfortable stay

Main e hotel book kaya thai leki hotel pauchne ke baad mujse extra 300 rupee charge kiye gaye or jo room diya gaya kaafi ganda thai mere kahane par doo room change kiye uske baad thik thak room mil a bad experience

When i checked in they asked me to cancel my booking in make my trip so that make my trip can't get the commission and they can save some money or the commission that they usually give to mm t but refused to cancel the booking as i like using mm t service. Receptionist and the owner of the hotel were pathetic they forced me for about an hour to cancel my trip on the application. Make my trip should not partner with these kind of people who are greedy.
