Horrible experience

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room service was very poor — I ordered food in my room, and it took almost an hour to be delivered. Even after that, when I requested salt, it was sent only after three reminders, each around 15–20 minutes apart. Additionally, there was no water pressure in the washroom shower, which made it very inconvenient to use. During checkout, the staff requested me to submit feedback , but I noticed the form was already pre-filled with 5-star ratings. I was in a hurry at that time, so I couldn’t rewrite my genuine feedback and submit it properly. Overall, I’m quite disappointed and fail to understand how such basic service issues can exist in a hotel like this.
