Room maintenance ok but tv not working bathroom lights also not working

i have already vaccated and applied for refunds. all rooms shown as different from pics. bed sheets having fungus. pipe were worn out, toilet flush not working and ac not available.

If it's about Dakshin Inn, the property coordinator is terrible and asks for extra money to get the room type booked. He refused to accommodate my booking as I refused to pay extra. However the relocated property A&M rooms and residences was amazing and the host was welcoming and helpful. Truly had an amazing experience with th relocated hotel. Okay for sudden stay , not bad

The stay at Daskhin inn was really bad as the room were not cleaned and was not hygienic at all

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever visited. The facilities were extremely poor and unhygienic. The water in the bathroom was as dirty as drainage water, and the rooms were shockingly small — more like matchboxes than proper hotel rooms. I had originally booked two rooms, but the condition was so bad that I had to pay an extra ₹500 to get a single larger room, which also turned out to be equally terrible. The TV didn’t work, there was no proper water supply, and the staff’s response was extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall, a very bad experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I booked 2 rooms. Ac was not working properly in one and having smoke smell stuck inside for a day in another one.

the furniture is depreciated and ac too struggling to generate cooling and the rooms were not cleaned properly

If you book it through online AC room will not be provided, Bathroom is untidy, Bed is not in a good condition. No towels were given, shampoos and soap either.

Horrible room, musty dusty, stained blankets, broken hand spray in bathroom, doors peeling off, we changed three rooms because thats how bad it was. Second room didnt have a key. So we had to leave to go out without any safety. Then the third room was the least terrible.

Accommodation is very horrible, no cleanliness in rooms, AC is not working properly, hot water is not available in one room, full of dust in the rooms, ants, foot mats are worst, water is in brown colour, bucket and mug are not in good condition.

This is by far the worst service apartment ive lived in, all the problems started the minute i walked in, drainage in from of apartment was overflowing leaving the place smelling really bad, the caretakers were sleeping at 7am and i had to wake them up, i asked for an early checkin for which i was charged 500 (fair), then i was charged an additional 400 for a room with ac(inspite of my booking showing clearly that ac is included), the room was a travesty! bedsheets had stains from the previous occupant and the sheets and pillows smelled really bad, the ac was sick dirty and i was scared to keep it switched on , there was no water, no towels, no toiletries and the walls were damp and just sad! the bathroom was a bigger dissapointment with no working shower, filthy bucket, filthy walls and almost broken sink! This place does not even deserve to be listed to be honest! just extremely surprised how has this listed, poor experience overall and i dont recommend it to any traveller!

Not good as shows on maps, I found this property on app, food is not available, AC is not working and fan also making noise.
