The room was good and the service was excellent and the staffs were kind and polite and they have suggested many places to visit and they were concerned about our safety. So totally it was a superb experience.

Excellent Stay
The stay was so good. The hotel room was so cute and clean. The person who attended us was also so polite and accommodating. We areived quite early to the hotel and since the room was available they immediately allowed us to check without any extra cost which was so nice. We ended up extending our stay by another day. And the best part was the proximity of this hotel to all the locationes we wanted to visit. Everything was within a km of each other and we walked everywhere. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family in future. Kudos đź‘Ź

The stay was wonderful with great service and front desk. the staff were very helpful and understanding. We had very little restrictions and had enjoyed our stay there without any inconvenience

Good Stay
Convenient location right in the heart of the city. Rooms are very nice. Walkable to Mankkulam Vinayagar temple, Promenade beach etc. No food in hotel itself, but plenty of nice restaurants nearby. No parking facility at the property. Need to part in adjacent roads if bringing car. Rooms are in 1st floor and 2nd floor with no lift. So elderly people might have some issues to climb the stairs.

Poor Stay
As we booked 5adults for 2rooms as we requested additional blankets the staff has said not available where I have 2small kids and morning staff behaviour is weird not good hospitality
