I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel has a great location, close to major attractions and restaurants, which was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The cleanliness was good, but there were a few spots that could have been better attended to. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t exceed my expectations either.

I had an amazing stay. The location was amazing. The owner was very good and my room was amazing. The wifi was good and the room had an amazing balcony. It was at a very good location, all the beaches were nearby. I will recommend it to everyone.

These people are just giving you the room and not any service and neither will the room be cleaned nor will anyone ask whether you need any service or not, as long as you stay in the room no one will come to ask worst experience

the room was quite clean, and the refrigerator was there for convenience. we had a comfortable stay there, and since we were travelling with small kids l, it would have been best if there was a facility of electric kettle. rest all was perfect👌

Hotel was good. Neat rooms. Large beds. Clean bathroom and working air conditioning. Tv set was not there but we did not plan to use tv at all.

The room is pretty good. In one room two people can sleep comfortably, the beds are huge! the washroom is nice with 24/7 hot water. The host is understanding and responds quickly.

Amazing stay, quiet neighbourhood and lovely owners. Highly recommended to all who love to live in peace even outside.

I found this property on the make my trip app it is 1. 2km away from anjuna beach. The room was good but there is no network all the time we have to go out to attend the calls and the wifi is too bad.

It was plesent stay. Hassle free check in and check out. The room and washroom were well maintained.

The place is ok. There is no lift and no one to assist with your luggage so be prepared to carry your own luggage. The rooms are clean and spacious. Easy self check-in.

Stay was pleasant. Infra wise well maintained and well furnished with essential amenities. Only issue is there with the mobile network, even though wifi is there but strength was not good

Pros - room condition was very well maintained, clean washroom, pocket friendly, great location as everything is near by let it be beach, famous cafes like baba au rhum, pubs like thalassa or purple martini or shiva valley and curlies. All within 5km radius. Cons - you are so close to nature that you can experience frogs staring at you when you are taking a bath in bathroom or freshening up. Best way is to prefer top floor as we had this experience at ground floor. Over all best option if you are traveling in budget and want to visit all above mentioned places in short time.
