It's a good guesthouse at this price but there are a few small issues: 1. Water can stop coming out of the tap when you are in loo. You have to go out to request to the owners to turn on the water supply. Imagine if you are staying alone and this happens. 2. As soon as you enter you can see free wi-fi displayed everywhere, it's just that the wi-fi shows no internet in mobile when connected. It's a good place no restrictions on coming or going at any time. It's just that since the owners are old they don't really worry about customer experience which is fine or may be not fine, I don't know. They are old and it's super cheap so I guess we can compromise a little bit.

The room we stayed is so bad. Didn’t even wanted to stay for at least 1 min. Better skip this room.

More over if u want to ruin your trip please book thorough make my trip and specially this property I do to understand how make my trip has tied up Wi such a smelly unhygienic and pathetic property See their rooms. Yuk

Need o fix mosquito nets and also have shower set better. Good overall.

The family is really helpful. It was nice meeting them

The hotel's location was very good. It is the centre point. Also, the Anjuna market is walkable from the hotel. The various option for food and shopping are available in walking distance from the hotel. The owner of the hotel doesn't even interfere in what you do or he takes any ID proof of you. There is a big shop beside the hotel with everyday needed items.

I think this place perfectly falls in the category of paradise. It's surrounding is full of trees which makes it so peaceful and it being at Anjuna junction helps you to reach different places easily. Lots of restaurants to choose from and you get the bus, cab, and pilots easily for your travel. I would surely visit again.

Electricity was not their and fridge was to be given was not their, untidy place overall very bad experience

It was very peaceful and good ambiance to stay at Anjuna plams walkable distance to Anjuna beach and you will get foods at cheaper rate at nearby junction like 50m walk from stay.

Firstly I want to tell that peter and Tina were very kind to us. They allowed as for early check-in because the room was not booked the previous day of our stay We stayed in a 9 people staying room as we were 8. The room was decent and there were 2 fans and one toilet. During power off only one fan was running and no light in restrooms. We only paid extra for 3 days of stay. Even they allowed to keep the bags after check out time. The only problem is water flow in restrooms. I know the amount was low, but please ensure the basic facilities, please improve the water flow in restrooms, it's taking 10 minutes for medium size bucket. You can imagine how it would be for us to got ready. Please improve this and improve the fan speed, which was very slow. Whatever the amount is, but please make sure of the basic facilities.

It was second stay for us and 3 days stay with my friends and we really had a great time and especially I love the garden very much I think it's quite affordable price in Goa.

The owner was kind to let us have early check-in because trains from Pune reach Goa around 6 am. We stayed in a six-bed room on a higher floor. One afternoon there was a thin but long snake on the veranda, the staff had to come and chase it up the jackfruit tree. What an adventure that was! There is no restaurant or room service, but many options to eat at walking distance, there’s even a food truck right outside which serves yummy wraps and shawarmas and a departmental store a hop, skip and jump away. The place has a tropical feel with all the trees, just like you need to get into Goa mode.

This was the second time we stayed here. As expected, the experience was good. For all the fellow travelers, this is a budget-friendly place with lot of options around for food, sightseeing, etc.

Not good facilities. Old rooms.

I booked this for my staff during my business trip, and as per their feedback, they liked the place and the behaviour of the service team.

Good one but it can be improved. Certain things made you comfort but they provided good hospitality.

I asked for joint bed room for 3 sharing. They provided hostel kind of rooms, with only single cots. The room doesn't have mirror, Almirah. Bed sheets also not cleaned. Washroom was poor quality and broken geyser. Water leakage in the room. Only one thing, it was 10 min from Sea by walk. Rest everything was very poor.

Never stay here. There is no room service. Water problem in the rooms almost every day. The owners don't answer your calls and are arrogant at times. Never ever book this place. I didn't have a choice to rate zero otherwise I would have rated zero for sure.
