1. No towel, soap or brush kit provided in room service is totally poor no staff for luggages or bags to car to room, food quality low, swimming pool water not changed or not cleaned daily basis insects or coakroches swim in the water, no electricity properly in the room ac not proper working or generator are not working when the light is cut, mainly the manager deepak is not way of talking to customer or bad behaviour. . No phone landline provided in room when the customer need staff or help they have no more staff. . Please no one visit the resort it's totally waste of money or time you will not enjoy your holiday

Dear Sir, you have compared Hotel services with Camping experiences which is entirely different, before booking you must have to call to understand the camping stay.
*Luggage is self-service only for Adventure Camping.*
*Important Note regarding Electricity*
Most of time on Summer and specially on weekends we face the challenges of electricity fluctuation and low voltage supply from electricity department. Due to these electric appliances like AC's Cooler, fans, Swimming Pool get effected.
This situation is not in our control hence guests are requested to keep this in mind while booking. There will not be any cost discount if circumstances like these occurs.
*Note: Our camping resort experience offers a distinct atmosphere compared to traditional hotels. Our goal is not to replicate the luxury of a hotel, but instead to provide a unique and immersive outdoor retreat. With services like self-carrying luggage, hiking to the camp, and self-service meals, we focus on enhancing your camping journey not a resort facilities or Hotel Facility.
