The place is typically under renovation & the only perk this place has earned is because of their polite & humble restaurant staffs , we had booked 4N & 5D for the nest cottage & ended up in a cottage with broken pool , broken sofa cum bed , no toiletries, no codes for housekeeping, restaurants absolutely nothing, on being asked about the change in the room they were constantly telling us the same thing that the previous guest broke the pool & there’s no other room vacant, on loosing our calm the initiated a refund of the pool only ... we had to request them multiple times for the toiletries which should have being given to us at first placed as mentioned in their resort room description! There is no in room dining service, you only have to eat a fixed menu that they wish to serve you , no mocktails served but shown in their Instagram pages , the positioning of the AC in the room is such that it gives cooling only to the sofa cum bed & not the deluxe bed , the bathroom drainage is choked up , overall its only the pictures that shine - this place needs a real time work!!
