Dirty as garbage zero maintainance no basic amenities dirty rooms hotel and washroom no food nothing

Room was very messy and smeels so bad even washroom was not clean every lock broken water leaks in washroom it was terrible I didn’t recommend this property to anyone

Very dirty room , Ac not working overall pathetic experience

we were assigned with a non ac working room with no water no toilet paper no extra saintairy or even hand wash the curtain and window lockings were broken the staff was also not coprative they were behaving rudely and terrible very bad experience my money was totally wasted

The room was clean, ambient lighting, bedsheets were clean but there was no soap available in the bathroom

First of all where we reached the hotel it got late the hotel was already locked. And as it was mentioned that we could have 2 hrs complimentary extended stay the owners directly came and started knocking the door at 10:30 am. This was not the worst part. The exhaust is the washroom just collapsed and fell on my friends face and still these guys behaved very rudely with us

Pillow case and blankets were not clean, staff behaviour was very ignorant, they didn't even talk properly

Pathetic hotel

I had booked the room for 3 adults but the room size is too small to fit 3 people. When we book a room for 3 adults it is expected that extra bedding will be given but 3 adults were asked to sleep on one double bed. The washroom size is too small and the rooms had dampness as well.

Gst bill not given, my booking is with breakfast but not providing me. I am not using make my trip any more.

The stay was comfortable enough the staff was too friendly and copra-ted allot and helped allot the room was decent and peaceful and the location is also awesome near to the dda market near to the metro so it is easy for the transportation and locating the hotel. My discount coupon ?

The service was not good and the rooms are not well maintained all amenities are not been provided .

It was good service was Upto the mark . The staff and receptionist were gentle and cordial. Prompt reply when required

I have had the worst experience till date with this hotel; the room has no door mat, no towel, no soap and shampoo facility, and not even the drinking water facility is not available. The biggest drawback is that the hotel staff gives the room but later it is found out that there is no lock on the door. On asking for the keys they say sir there is a camera installed in the corridor, don't worry at all. Now they don't even know that people book hotels for all the facilities, otherwise they would have stayed at the railway station or the airport, there are cameras there too and soldiers too.

Hotel does not exist. There is no such hotel exist at thr location. It’s a fraud
