My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. Here's what went wrong: issues: - unexpected payment demand: upon arrival, i was asked to pay extra for checking in, which was not disclosed beforehand. - rude behavior: the staff member's behavior was unacceptable, speaking rudely and unprofessionally. - threat to check out: i was told to check out by evening instead of the next morning if i didn't pay extra. - room mismatch: the room allocated was not similar to the one booked through make my trip. - refusal to change room: the staff refused to change the room, directing me to contact make my trip instead. - poor room condition: the room smelled bad and was in an unacceptable state. Decision: due to these issues, i checked out within 2 hours of arrival. Ratings: - *service: 0/5* - *room condition: 0/5* - *behavior: -100/5* (if negative ratings were possible) warning: i strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you're traveling with family or spouse. The experience was extremely disappointing, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional. Recommendation: look for alternative options with better service, amenities, and staff behavior.

It was quite economical, ac was working, room was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall a good stay.

When I went to check in, the hotel receptionist ask extra 600rs and did not give any invoice bill to me

Don't book it bcoz after booking they ask more money. I have booked it but hotel has charged RS 600 more from me. otherwise hotel staff ask for cancelling the booking

No amenities provided the quality was poor. Toiletries are not provided was given a clinic plus pouch no toothbrush or toothpaste or hand wash.

Intercom is dusty and put on the ground. There is no wardrob in the room
