Review Of Motel Blue Sapphire

It's a mixed experience and few improvements really required. We were given a smoking room and were able to tolerate it, room change was not given. Frequent power cuts and no water in the washroom. I have called them to fix it. The room was spacious and comfortable with a bigger size for the price. The staff were good and polite, responding to all the calls & requests.

It was very pleasant stay experience in your property and all the things like location, food quality, amenities and room services were remarkable. I will prefer to stay again if I will get a chance.

service is very good but according to the photograph ,room was very clean but room condition was not good, cleaning charging point ,washroom tap etc.

The staff was not cooperative and not provide the selected room. i have book a king size bed room and they provide me two single bed room it was very uncomfortable for us....

Hotel is good if one is passing by roorkee towards some destination and had to stay it is good option but not for spending vacation

Not worth 2500 people need to be more professional . Waited for almost 15 mins to check in even when reached at 9pm room was booked since morning

My stay at the hotel was really good. Staff is also trained. But charges for early check are too high @half the room price which is worthless. Again facilities and stay are good. My concern is only about early check in charges, kindly call before booking for early check in charges.

Good experience and good hotel

Overall experience is 6/10. Reception and everything else are almost all fresh grads learning trade. Rooms are ok for the budget though a window in the room wouldn't have hurt anyone. Tea/coffee starts late around 7:30 am so prepare beforehand if you have got work to do early in the morning. The room kettle also didn't work, also sugar sachets were missing. Ambience was good though they were cleaning rooms late at night so the sound was disturbing. Ac remote was missing. Food is really good at the price. But i think they overcharged me and didn't give the bill also while checking out, knowing i was short on time. They also didn't bother to help me with transport, just said "bahar mil jayega"

Property's location was very good. Staff and their service was good. the taste of the food was great!

Worst service i have ever had. No response from reception

They had given my room to somebody else and so they had no room for me in-spite of paying advance on make my trip. They shifted me to a nearby guest house for a day. This is so embarrassing and insulting that inspite of booking and paying advance on make my trip, they did not hon-our the commitment. I would think twice before booking on make my trip.

Ok ok experience, the hotel is famous for its bar & food, however room stay services can be improved, the staff is ok but the room size, room & washroom cleaniness are the areas for imprivement

Room is good, clean but with no ventilation also considering rs 2500 room it was quite small and closed packed

The food was a let down and services are good ordered a pizza late in night and it was the worst pizza could have been made

My stay experience was excellent in terms of hygiene, food quality and staff behaviour. I had stayed there for a day. The staff was polite and very supportive. They are giving the best service and the quality of the food is way above then any 3 or 4 star hotel. Thanks to jay prakash dubey for giving such a delightful customer service experience.
