Best Hotel in Roorkee
Our Stay at KK residency was great.Room and bathroom was neat and clean.Loction of hotel is perfect as it is near to bus stand.All services were good and on time.Staff behaviour was very polite and kind.Specially Mr.Saurabh at reception.You Must stay here if you come and visit Roorkee ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Avarage stay , near gate no. 7 of IIT .
Had a good stay.We stayed in 203 204. Rooms were small with no outward opening windows. AC , geyser was available. Commonly known to locals as W hotel , because of top floor W resturant ( food available was tasty but costly) .Free breakfast of poha ,/aloo paratha/, bread omlette with tea / coffee was given . Service was below avarage, had to call several times for room cleaning, water etc. As per tariff it was ok ok. Had a good stay.We stayed in 203 204. Rooms were small with no outward opening windows. Comfortable stay.
The place is easily accessible, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room service was also quick. I faced no issues while staying here.

Hotel rooms need proper pest control, plumbing work in bathroom. Staffs are corporative. location is good.

Terrible Stay
Rooms are very small. The hotel does not deserve a star rating. The room allotted to us first smelled like a hospital room, no shaving kit, no dental kit, no body shampoo etc. Later we were shifted to another room which was better but below expectations. we were offered a complimentary breakfast but allowed only 1 dish. it's not worth the money paid

Good Stay
The location is prime for IITK students visiting for any purposes. The food was very good. The bathroom and the room can be much cleaner. There were a lot of cockroaches roaming around. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Unfortunate stay
The room we booked was not available on arrival and we had to wait till 8.30pm for the room to be available even though we had pre paid for it entirely. There was no buffet or restaurant. There are a lot of Rats in their pantry which they use to make breakfast. Not advised to stay here. Only good point being it's close to the IIT campus.

Location is peaceful and approachable. Situated at a walking distance from civil lines market area and IIT Roorkee. Room was nice with all basic amenities. Complementary breakfast was tasty. Tea needs improvement. Lift was kept off in the morning so had to take the stairs several times. Staffs were well mannered and supportive. Overall a pleasant stay.

Poor Stay
The service of the hotel staff is not good and the hotel is very dirty where you cannot eat food. I went there once and will never go again.

Short stay at rookee
Room ok but no proper arrangement for breakfast, very limited and poor service. Don't expect morning tea before 8:30

Stay well review
It is not comfortable and also very untidy to stay. Bed was found broken and had to call the staff to fix it. Room was not cleaned and had to call the staff to clean it
