Rooms are really bad don’t come to the place staff is not supportive pathetic design to be here don’t come to the hotel

the rooms doors were not working properly and no hot water was provided lot of problems were there during our stay

location is ok because I had work at IIT but property needs lot of maintenance and there are lot of cleanliness issues. swimming pool does not exist. staff is very careless. breakfast is ok

Kettle was no working there was no milk,tea and coffee sachets. No cups, bathroom light was not working, room was smelling badly it was locked for long time. 2 family members got body acne because of bed. Food was not fresh especially daal and misi roti

Charging extra money for small stuffs and services, receptionist is very rude, hotel is very good, food is also good but some of their staff has very rude behaviour, totally unexpected and not acceptable

Very Bad experience of staying in hotel Centrum for two days from 11th to 13th April 25. Booked the hotel through makemytrip as it says it is a 3 star hotel and has a swimming pool. Not worthy being called a three star. Swimming pool was also disfunctional. The washroom basin was cracked. And the room was full of mosquitoes. Staffs are also irresponsible. Old property needs renovation

Rooms were neat and clean. Washrooms hot water not provide cold water provide food quality was good

Hospitality id missing from staff’s end and also rooms were moderately clean not tidy. We were allotted second floor and no lights were on in passage.

Hotel has very nice location, easily accessible. Reception was courteous and room was spacious, neat and clean. Morning breakfast taste was good, but was served cold that need to be improved.

Stay was good, room was neat and clean, services from reception to check out were all good. Breakfast need to be improved as it was served cold not hot. Variety was ok.

Fantastic stay staff is so good i also recommend please stay this property at one time it's very safe and most important food is so good

Location was excellent but no basic facilities were available in the hotel such as intercom, morning tea

Hotel was nice, staff also supportive. Only thing was not good that is hot water. We wasted almost 75 -100 for hot water but finally taken cooler shower.

It's a good stay at the hotel, the staff & management are very polite & cooperative the hotel is on the main road service was great

Neat and clean rooms

Staff is misbehaving. Rooms are shabby. No dustbin in washrooms. Even after repeatedly telling at reception to come clean the washroom nobody could come to clean.

Corridor were stinky no breakfast served till 08:00 am no buffet was there cockroache was in ice bucket insects was in room in whole it was not a pleasant stay

Bad room smelly bathroom uncomfortable bed couldn't sleep at night. Bed springs are poking

The hotel room was average, bathroom was not up to the standards. It was not at all functional have lot of issue like shower, health faucet. Not working properly.
