While the overall stay was manageable, there were several areas that need improvement. The toilet, which is a key part of any hotel room, was not well-maintained — the exhaust fan was not functioning, and the toilet pot appeared old and unclean. Additionally, the bed sheet did not seem fresh and looked as if it had been used prior to our arrival. Proper attention to hygiene and room maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Room was dirty. Staffs were not supportive. Breakfast was horrible. Initially they allotted wrong room then after argument they changed the room but that was bad too. All together it was an horrible experience.

The location of hotel is good, food is also good. Service is also OK, they just need to improve in asthetics. There is no Non veg available, since it's a vegetarian hotel. And no bar also. But value for money. We can consider this hotel if one is vegetarian.

It nicely located hotel outskirt of Haridwar in Shivalik Nagar. Check in check out was very fast and smooth. Staff is very helpful. Nicely spread breakfast in morning. Nice and clean rooms with hot water.

Will never ever go to this hotel ever again

On arrival the front office was unaware of our booking after we showed the voucher they reciprocated to give room, reached at 10. 30pm, to understand that there will be no dinner available and that the kitchen is closed. Had to sleep without food, as the location is 11km away from station.
