The dental kit was not provided, toilet paper was missing, and I had to ask repeatedly even for All-Out. These are basic amenities which should have been available already, but unfortunately, nothing was arranged.

The room become flooded during rain. Room smells. Toilet flush water not sufficient. Hot water not working. Food was good.

This hotel has a good location, the rooms are okay, and the food is decent. However, their way of welcoming guests is not good, and the room service is poor. For the price they charge, they don’t even provide complimentary drinking water. If they improve these things, the hotel would be fine.

Room me seelan thi and lots of smell, there was no hand wash liquid in dispenser and one towel for 2 persons. Intercom was not working. I will not book any more with make my trip and will not suggest anyone to book with make my trip so bad experience i have paid 2089 for room but it was not worth paying
