They didn't allowed check in saying the hotel is booked, and made me pay for a very low quality room.

It was fraud happened with me by makemytrip and didn’t get any support from makemytrip executive.the images of hotesl put on portal totally different from the real condition of hotel. I had asked for help but didn’t got any response or help from makemytrip executive.it was disaster experience for me with makemytrip.
