I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, there was no proper water supply during my stay — sometimes there was no water at all. To make matters worse, the behavior of the reception staff was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I raised concerns about the water issue, they responded rudely and seemed indifferent to the discomfort of their guests. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or even apologize, they acted as if it was a normal inconvenience we just had to deal with. For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. The facilities are poor, the service is worse, and overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and respectful hotel experience.

There was no water for bathing as claimed that motor failure and we had to carry the bucket to 3rd floor. Hotel did not care to assist with room service boys. Neither the electrician come till 11 am. we booked 5 rooms for 10 people. Few rooms lights were not working. No basic amenities such as towels, doormat. No drinking water either. please do not book

One of the dirtiest room ever seen. Bathroom was very very dirty with hairs lying around in soap holder. Toilet was not flushed. Bed has stain. Water facility was not there, I reached 3 am thirsty had to get water in a dirty coke bottle.

I had to change my hotel room multiple times, some rooms had wifi signal issues, one had a tv but no power socket for the TV so I couldn't watch it. Initially the lift was also not working. One day I asked to change the bed sheets but they didn't had clean ones as laundry didn't come.

Actually it's a very bad experience for us,they didn't even do room service until we tell them, and the wifi is also not working they will tell like it will work Tommorow it won't I don't recommend this hotel.

Worst experience ever in my life, its better to take PG instead of booking this property. Worst property manager no service at all. If you ask for service you will be told that you get this only in this price. Reception guy was complaining about property manager. If you want to get insulated by manager book this. No hot water, wifi, TV, house keeping. Upon asking for bed sheets changes they replied they wouldn’t do it daily

Beautiful Location, great food, the really nice and relaxing stay, and the incredible hospitality from the staff. I am looking to return here!

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at [ 5 star hotel Whitefield], and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. From the moment I arrived, the service was lacking. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was far—dirty carpets, stained sheets, and a musty smell that made it hard to relax. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and barely any hot water. Noise was another major issue. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and hallways, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To top it off, the breakfast was terrible—stale pastries, watery coffee, and barely any options. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. --- Would you like to personalize this for a specific hotel

This property didn't had lift working initially then it has issues with wifi. Wifi is not connecting properly and its only in 1st floor near to router.

I have always given good ratings to hotels where I stay, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel did not provide Wi-Fi, which was supposed to be included, and to make things worse, there was no hot water. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The lack of basic amenities made my stay very uncomfortable. The management needs to take serious action to improve their services. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
