Stayed for a business trip and the hotel met all my expectations. Reliable Wi-Fi, quiet rooms, and professional service. Convenient location near the business district. Will return for my next trip.

Property location was very convenient . Staff was very helpful and co operative they allowed us early check in . Food hygiene was good and tasty. Room was spacious ,very well maintained cleanliness , made our stay comfortable .

it was a comfortable stay, staff is cooperative. safe for female traveller's. rooms were clean, food is good. the only thing probably they could have a worked upon is giving different menu for breakfast. I literally had same breakfast everyday for 7 days... rest all was fine.

On 23rd received a call from the hotel saying that the room is sold out hence not available. We are on our way. We have booked and the payment is also done. This is ridiculous. We will file complaint if we are not given.

There is no complimentary dental kit and no shaving kit is chargeable for 40 rs. I have never seen a hotel charging for shaving kit. . Check in is horrible. Even at 11 :30 pm waited for 20 mins in reception.

I have booked a suit room but I didn't get the room I was allocated a normal room poor response from the hotel management

Room service is bad, they don’t have dental kits which other hotels give for this price point and bedsheets were not clean bathroom was not up to the mark
