A Nightmare Stay: Avoid This Hotel! My recent experience at this hotel was nothing short of terrible, marked by a series of frustrating issues that made for an incredibly uncomfortable and inconvenient stay. The problems began even before we got to the room, with a major discrepancy between the hotel name on our booking and its actual signage. We spent a frustrating half-hour searching for the hotel, only to discover the name listed on the booking site was incorrect. It took a 15-minute call with MakeMyTrip to finally pinpoint the actual location. Once we finally found the place, the issues continued. The room keys simply didn't work. Every single time my family and I needed to enter or leave our room, we had to call reception. To make matters worse, the staff refused to provide us with a working key, nor did they fix the non-functional card they initially gave us. This meant constant interruptions and significant delays just to access our own room. The problems continued inside the room itself. The air conditioning lacked a remote, and when I inquired about controlling the temperature, the receptionist bafflingly suggested we just "switch it on and off." This is hardly a solution for comfortable climate control, especially in varying temperatures. To top it off, the TV remote was also non-functional, leaving us unable to use the in-room entertainment. Basic amenities were also severely lacking. There were no towels, soap, or even drinking water provided in the room upon arrival. We had to wait over an hour for these essential items to be delivered, which is unacceptable after a long day of travel. In summary, this was a truly terrible hotel experience. The numerous fundamental issues, from the misleading hotel name to the problems with room access, climate control, entertainment, and basic amenities, made for an incredibly frustrating and disappointing stay. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.
