Hotel O Kingston Residency

There is no wifi, ac is not working, fan runs slowly, washbasin is there but no water, staff is not give proper respond and rude. Please select other hotels.

I didn't like the way they welcomed us but, once we got the room everything was okay. The room was small compared to other rooms, amenities are good. No parking facility was available there. Staff behavior was good.

It was very unclean. The bath fittings and taps and basins need cleaning thoroughly.

Didn't provide soap, towel or any other required facility. So I believe it didn't Worth my money

The hotel was awful. The staff were rude, they didn't have any water in the room, forced us to buy water from them at higher price. When I asked if we can fill up from their water filter, the staff went ahead and filled our bottles from a tap outside on the road. AC was not working. They didn't give us even a bar of soap and I can't really explain the bad experience at 11 in the night when we returned to the hotel and found not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. When asked, the hotel staff said that they don't have. No food arrangements and forget about room service (half an hour for a cup of tea). Wouldn't even recommend this hotel if it were free for a month. Really awful 2 days.

All are good nice staff service near to major palace. Nice services staff and let cation is very good near to City and ma sir palace.

Third class hotel, this hotel is for only couples, not for family.

Ridiculous, no bath towel, soaps and not even water they provide. No room service also. We stayed for 2 days and they even did not bother to clean the room for us. Very bad service.

Room are perfect to stay, bed were comfortable, have separate space to bags ( good space 4-5 bags have tv with all the channels, 24 hr water facility (cold/hot), room was cleaned, its located in good are all good restaurant are near by, owner and staff are really helpful

It was a good stay with my family. We reached early in the morning there though the check in time was 12:00 noon still they provided us with a room. The owner as well as the staff were very co-operative. I will surely visit again.

Located in a residential area... Well arranged rooms.. Very clean.. Good for family stay... Good service and very polite... Worth for amount paid... Recommended.. Near to kd road and v mohalla good restaurants and loyal world supermarket.
