I booked this in advance, and got confirmation on the spot for availability. I called customer support to check with the property 1 hour before my check-in and the manager confirmed the availability again. I had my flight at 7 and had to stay there for 5 hours, when i reached the property at 12 in noon, there was no one on the reception and called again the support for help, then tha manager said there is no room avaliable at this time. Like hell you confirmed it, took the booking, confirmed it even an hour ago now you are saying there is no rrom left. Still have got my refund only a mail has been raised and there is no activity onto that. It was terribly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. A really big no for this property.
