Location was my priority to book this hotel. Otherwise stay was good. Initially I was given a non-AC room, and that an AC room costs 200 more than the amount I paid. But then I had to show my booking details which shows that I've booked an AC room.
Restaurant was unavailable due to festive season, so had to step out for dinner.
Rooms were freshly painted so looked clean.
It is on the 2nd floor but there was no facility of a lift, so had to walk up and down every time, which I am ok with.
The ceiling fan once switched off, made a loud prolonged banging noise each time.
The staff were very polite and humble. The corridor gets noisier at times, when someone is talking outside, especially during the night when the rest of the world is quiet. The reason being, the floor is not carpeted.
There is geyser in the bathroom which is connected to the tap and not with the shower. So don't expect a hot shower, but a traditional warm bucket pour is what you get.
The wash basin with a soap dispenser is located outside in the room, which is kind of helpful in a way, otherwise it would have been too consisted within the bathroom. There are no smoking rooms. So one has to walk up and down 2 floors for the same.
