Overall, the hotel stay was good with amenities and service. However, there was an issue with the room reservation; we didn't receive the booked room and had to pay an extra rs 200 for an alternative room. No thanks

Decent stay, Clean and maintained. No lift facility but there are people to help you. 15 mins walk from the airport, I didn't have much luggage so I walked 😊

First of all when i have done the booking amenities included ac but as we reached the hotel for check in they told no ac rooms were available. So for 3 days we have to be in the hotel for all the days without ac. Secondly electric issue was there. Every now and then there was a power cut for 15 20 min. Again the water was not available all the time. Water supply gets suddenly stopped and we have to go to the reception to ask them about the water supply on switch it on. On the contrary though the location was very good with airport on a walking distance with good availability of restaurant and public transport nearby. Ac not provided

The room was clean but the behaviour of the staff was poor. We faced scarcity of water as the person in charge was arrogant enough to turn the motor on. Also drinking water wasn’t provided even though the lodge had facility to provide. To add, we were asked to shift to a single room even though we paid for two! we didn’t budge but that was unexpected from their part. They then had the audacity to hand us their cards hoping in future we decided to stay there again as if we haven’t had enough!

It was indeed a nice stay ambience was good the staff were also nice and helpful we went for exam purposes and the centre was also need to the hotel pretty much happy with the stay highly recommended

It was a small room but clean and most importantly they were really cool about pets. Also is extremely close to the airport. So no complaints 5 out of 5

Location was my priority to book this hotel. Otherwise stay was good. Initially I was given a non-AC room, and that an AC room costs 200 more than the amount I paid. But then I had to show my booking details which shows that I've booked an AC room. Restaurant was unavailable due to festive season, so had to step out for dinner. Rooms were freshly painted so looked clean. It is on the 2nd floor but there was no facility of a lift, so had to walk up and down every time, which I am ok with. The ceiling fan once switched off, made a loud prolonged banging noise each time. The staff were very polite and humble. The corridor gets noisier at times, when someone is talking outside, especially during the night when the rest of the world is quiet. The reason being, the floor is not carpeted. There is geyser in the bathroom which is connected to the tap and not with the shower. So don't expect a hot shower, but a traditional warm bucket pour is what you get. The wash basin with a soap dispenser is located outside in the room, which is kind of helpful in a way, otherwise it would have been too consisted within the bathroom. There are no smoking rooms. So one has to walk up and down 2 floors for the same.

Hotel is on 2nd floor. You have to carry the luggage to 2nd floor. Hotel worth 500 only. Very small room. No toiletries including soap
